周围环境脏乱差，前台服务态度极差，说第二天赶火车让提前开好发票，非得拖到第二天换班让别人开，说十分钟开好，结果拖了二十多分钟，行李落前台也不说一声，就光知道推销洗发水，硬生生给我拖改签了，真真正正地感受了东北人民的热情，呵呵呵
