刚到哈尔滨找不到酒店位置，打电话给前台，支支吾吾半天也没说明白，到了酒店桌子、床头都不干净，打扫的不彻底，毛巾黑黑的。

地图位置和实际位置相差太远了，在哈西大街。有些误导消费者，出西站就看到马路对面万达广场有麗枫酒店，结果过进大厅和图片介绍的一样，前台确实先送上了一杯茶水。但是前台查询说不是这里的订单，是在哈西大街还需打车过去。打车过了几个红绿灯才找到另外一个麗枫酒店，很偏一个地方，小厅里有一个很小的前台只有一个服务员。吃东西的地方很少，房间还可以。但是隔音效果很差，早上还没起走廊里声音很大。图片里的酒店和实际入住的酒店不是一家，有点被欺骗的感觉！

酒店位置不错，距离中央大街打车18元左右，也有公交车直达。门口有停车位，自驾过来也可以停车。附近一千米左右有万达广场等商场，也有地铁。酒店服务热情，入住退房都很快。房间很新很干净，智能化程度高，电动窗帘，蓝牙音乐都很新颖。屋子里有空气净化器，香薰灯，味道很好闻。特别值得一提的是床垫和枕头。真的是我住过酒店里最舒服的。退房时还有礼物赠送，真是额外的惊喜。估计我再去哈尔滨不会再住其他家了。严重推荐。
