毫无供暖！打电话给前台，态度非常强硬。被告知说是地热，我说我怎么感觉不到热乎的感觉。前台说：你要是能感觉到那屋里还能待人了吗？还说是供暖公司的事儿。要开空调制暖，告诉说空调早就坏了。不好使。告诉我说：你定的那个房间就这样啊……要不你就换大房间。再加钱。太坑了！坑死了！
