    前台人员服务素质跟四星有较大差距，酒店硬件够小四星，或者三星。其它配套设施欠缺，比如健身设施商务中心等，就连盥洗服务都没有就跟四星差太远了。还有就是前台工作人员根本就没有接受培训，漏洞百出，一看就是小旅馆的前台，一，办理入住太慢，汉庭都有30秒直接入住了，这么大酒店没有，简直难以置信，二，晚上打电话通知顾客早餐要送到屋内，竟然问顾客，还要早餐吗？难道希望顾客放弃早餐呗？三，早餐9点才送到屋内，打电话也忘记告知几点送达。对于7点前就以起床的顾客来说，饿着肚子等2小时算不算一种糟糕的入住体验呢？综上而言，对于好几百房费来说，还不如100多房费的汉庭入住体验更好！
