房间比较冷，进屋脱了外套后就得上床盖被子。卫生间没有取暖设备。房间比较小， 跟网上图片不一致。前台服务态度特别好。

除了卫生还过得去，其他和宣传严重不符。四星酒店？根本上不了星！位置一般，服务接待也差，350的大床房只有床，行李都没地方放。出门存行李的时候居然随便指个地方让旅客堆在那儿，也没有登记，取的时候自己找，然后随便问一句是不是你的就不管了，当场告诉前台这样不安全，结果就说一句有监控...很失望

房间比较小，但是不冷，比较暖和，去的时候竟然在洗大堂地面，弄得特别脏。对面就是道外客运站，想坐长途车的比较合适。隔音差一些
