特别差，喜欢看大长脸可以来，一个个员工拉落着脸，尤其是前台，没有微笑，没有问好，大概不会说话，可能是和残联的合作吧，把他找来了，办理入住期间一句话没有，一句也没有！进屋后床单脏，向前台电话反映，没有道歉，楼梯里面有两个所谓的客户服务电话，一个关机，一个打不通，这样你挂在电梯里干嘛？？ 难道我要向前台反应前台的问题吗？ 令人生气，还好就定了一天，真是一点也不友好。唯一的好评大概就是上午打电话咨询房型那个接待的态度很好，错以为酒店服务态度也挺好，从来没见过办入住一句话都不说的前台，有个性👍，总之千万不要来就对了
