新宾馆，房间宽敞，舒适，通风透光度好。附近各种百姓口味的餐馆多，在万达购物方便。因地处松北，是哈尔滨的新城区，交通不拥堵，离太阳岛、极地馆、东北虎园林等景点近。房间性价比适中吧。不过可能因为才开业不久，一些配套设施还在建设中，配套服务还有待进一步完善，有的楼层还在装修。相信不久后这家宾馆会是大家很喜欢的落脚点。

公寓本身的各种都很好，附近吃饭的地方也很多，多走几步就到万达茂，可以逛街。公寓外部有施工，但完全不影响休息。br只是楼外面没有标志，不好找，必须打电话。楼内装修也没有完成，感觉不是太舒服。
