跟朋友一起出行的，两家都是一家三口有小孩子的以出行方便为主，比较了很久选了百祥假日酒店，看口碑位置综合条件都不错。也许是我们运气实在不好，这么冷的天动不动就没热水，第一晚水很凉去问就是说水管还是水泵坏了，第二天说修好了依然忽冷忽热的没法洗澡，第三天干脆就是冷水。临走那天中午在外面吃饭，打电话问能不能晚点退房，说去请示就再没回音了，只好饭也不吃赶回来退房，结果办完手续了最后才说领导已经答应了但是忘记通知我们了。。。还有，酒店大堂有告示说有班车去冰雪大世界，但是前台的人都表示不清楚。反正感觉不是很对得起那么多的好评了。

酒店位置非常好，出门往左步行2分钟就是中央大街。房间挺大，也干净，酒店服务人员都很热情，早餐也算丰盛。就是入住期间有几天水不热，这点也改进就更棒了！
