订的家庭房，房间比较干净，房间里有泡面什么的，虽然是收费的，但万一要是饿了呢，这一点还是比较暖心。提一点建议，在家庭房里可不可以不要放一些成人用品，带着小朋友，尤其已经识字的小朋友，小朋友问起来，这要怎么解释呢？

酒店总体还算不错，卫生，环境都挺好，就是有一点稍有遗憾，我是7月29日到店刷卡入住，押金加房费700元，离店时房费476，前台说押金224元会转回银行卡，可是过了2天也没有钱进卡，再次打电话咨询前台，前台答复是已经转了，要问问银行，我再和银行确定得出结论，700元为冻结款，在酒店收取房费解冻余额两到三天回自动转回，如果没解冻，需等到8月30日自动转回，今天已经8月4号了，据我入住已经5天了，银行卡一分钱都没有进，看来我只能再继续等了。
