个人认为前台很糊涂，我到店说艺龙预定的，有一个前台竟然不知道什么是艺龙，摆弄半天才开房，让我有点尴尬，退房的时候，房卡两个前台传，半天不知道我们要退房，房间还可以吧，毕竟价钱在那呢！
