1. 哈尔滨大冬天的零下将近20度，酒店的热水器洗澡15分钟左右就没有热水了，洗到一半；打电话给酒店客服说酒店是老房子改造，没有集中供热水，每个房间装的热水器，每个热水器只能供热水15分钟左右，用完得等50分钟烧热再用；我订的450元一天的豪华大床房；大冬天洗澡15分钟到一半就没热水了，酒店前台理直气壮说周边酒店都是这个价格和15分钟供热，态度很不好；
2.房间没有抽纸，抽纸还要额外收费；这符合450元一天酒店的标准吗？
3. 订的豪华大床房的浴缸酒店居然不提供一次性浴缸袋，谁敢用呢？
4.酒店的毛巾和浴巾不知用了多少年了，很硬、泛黄发黑、局部破损，没敢用！
这样的酒店配置450一天合适吗？不合适！

早餐有面包，豆包，馒头，咸鱼，香肠，豆皮，土豆，豆浆，小米粥，鸡蛋，花生米，海带丝，咸菜等，地理位置优越，离中央大街，索菲亚教堂都很近，酒店的整体氛围也不错，到处可见孔雀，很有感觉，下次去还会考虑

我能说我真的超级喜欢么？吧台小妹免费给房间升级为浪漫大床房、环境一级棒、电动窗帘、感应灯、洗手间配备齐全！洗漱灯感应特别棒！床品浴巾都没有异味、很干净、下次来这边还是这家！后悔怎么没早遇见
