住了十多年的酒店了 一出差就喜欢住这家酒店 服务特别到位 前台梅子小姐人特别好 免费升级了房间不说 还赠送的早餐 早餐丰富 酸奶我得最爱 以后还会继续住下去的

酒店服务很热情.来的时候赶上降温.好冷啊，在前台办理入住的时候一杯红糖姜水让人感觉特别温暖，房间很干净，很有欧式特色。晚上还有午夜电影可以看，不错！下次还会来

酒店的地理位置非常好，出行特别方便，非常棒的一个酒店。
设施风格也很喜欢，很有文化底蕴，住的也蛮舒适，前台办理入住时小哥特别热情。非常感谢。早餐种类挺多，喝粥没拿小勺，刚要去拿没想到服务人员给我送过来了。这让我感觉挺暖，晚上酒吧还放电影。顺便喝了杯啤酒。喜欢这里的气氛。
住了这么多酒店，这里的服务真的很好，像家人一样暖心，一万个赞，一万个表扬，下次去哈尔滨还要选择这家酒店，极力推荐给大家。
