该酒店房间设施很好，卫生环境干净整洁。服务态度好，尤为让我感动的是女儿昨晚生病了，早上七点多酒店专门安排司机免费送我们去亚布力镇医院，且一直等到检查完、开药后回酒店，到酒店已九点半，早餐已结束餐厅经理让服务员将早餐重新加热送到房间，贵酒店早上前台值班女士、一位后勤经理、送我们去医院的司机、餐厅经理、服务员在这里表达对您们由衷的感激，虽然不知道您们的姓名，您们的真诚、热情让我们感受到家乡人的温暖

下次来还得选这家酒店，首先说服务，特别窝心，前台接待特别好，入住手续也非常快，酒店设施还是比较全的，健身房桑拿桌球麻将电影院都是免费的，来这里度假挺好的，我们连续住了两天，感觉特别好，想改行程住多一天，可惜酒店满房了，餐厅早餐免费很干净很丰盛，豆浆自己磨的味道特别正，有一个胖胖的带厨师帽的师傅也特别暖心，特别可爱，很喜欢😄，午餐晚餐都是108一位很实惠，每个菜都做的很精细，很好吃，以后还会再来

推荐入住，记得一月二十七号那天晚上订酒店 ，都快凌晨了，打前台电话，那姑娘特别热情，和我们说了很多注意事项和特色好玩的地方还有坐车路线和怎么打车划算，当时就觉得一定订广电，来到哈尔滨感觉特别坑，我想以后一定不会再来哈尔滨玩了，可是到了亚布力，到了广电，让我重拾对东北人的好感，那前台特别甜非常热情餐厅服务也是非常好，滑雪场教练也好，我朋友在别的滑雪场找的教练一百一个人还要张口要小费我们教练拒绝收小费
