前台服务太差，办理入住时没有其他客人，前台三个服务员自己玩自己的，说话不理人，说了第三遍才应了一声。入住后发现与网上订的房间不相符，网上订的是标准间a，实际房型是标准间b，向前台反馈给的理由是标准间a离电梯口近，怕客人觉得吵，连问都没问一声，一点表达错误的意思都没有，每次来哈尔滨都住的是这个酒店，这次发生这样的事太失望了。

房间比想象中的好很多，房间面积很宽敞，虽然外观是个看酒店。离逛街的地方也很近，挺方便的。就是清洁阿姨态度不怎么好。
