1，虽然是一家新酒店，但酒店的设施比较差，卫生间漏水，热水不稳定，一会冷一会热，且天天如此；
2，酒店里有餐饮业务，烟道设计有些问题，使用整个酒店里都充斥着饭菜和油烟的味道；
3，靠近马路，窗户隔音效果不好，晚上噪音大。
