办理入住特别麻烦，开始定的温馨房，幸好入住时多嘴问了有无窗户，得知是暗窗。我又重新下单定的商务房。谁知在艺龙下单，等了50分钟也没有让办理入住，前台一直称没有信息！打电话，等了1个多小时，终于进屋！总之，前台缺乏耐心，不愿意主动沟通，为客户着想，一味地推到网站！宾馆位置好，去中央大街方便！
