这个酒店大家千万别去，针对网上预订的客户，他们涉嫌欺诈客户，花着比门店贵的价格，它给你故意安排最差的房间，亲身经历，预订的30平米房间，给安排1617那个破房间只有10平米，然后跟艺龙沟通五个小时，才解决给调换得！前台服务人员特别厌恶，找什么系统坏了，查不到退房信息，无法安排大房间什么的理由，就连入住信息他们都找不到，房间设施老旧不堪，真对不起4星的钱！为了给调换个自己本该入住的房间，拖了五个多小时，有多垃圾！大家曝光它！大家仔细看看评论就知道了，它们故意刁难网上预订客户，持续关注曝光它！

和朋友一起出来玩，住的这个酒店，前台的女孩特别好看，特别爱笑，很有活力，服务也很周到。订的标间，居然给我升级到了套房，惊喜！房间很干净，很大，是我喜欢的简约风格！这几天哈尔滨很闷热，房间的空调很足！很舒适！酒店得早餐品种很多，当天貌似有会议，人很多，但是上餐的速度也很快。下午2点退房也没有收我的费用！入住非常愉快！还会再来

来哈尔滨朋友家玩 这个酒店是离高铁站最近的四星级酒店 抵达酒店天气很闷热 前台小姑娘很快
查到了预定并且给予升级到了豪华标准间 表示万分感谢 一楼大堂有旅行社查询省内出玩很方便 房间面积很大 卫生各方面都很好 早餐也丰富西餐都有 退房而且免查房 很愉快的入住体验有机会来哈尔滨还会选择此酒店
