酒店位于索菲亚教堂和防洪纪念塔及中央大街中心地带，10来分钟路，很方便。特别对面有一家清真小饭店叫爆肚张很棒，味道好极了。酒店客房干净整洁，设施稍陈旧，价格较合理，安静。总台的客服小哥很可爱，服务态度超好。

酒店牌子不明显，站在酒店门口竟然还在找酒店，前台服务特像招待所的感觉，不问候，不主动，不冷不热的，不提示房价、房间号、电梯方向等附属其他服务，都需要自己问、自己找！房间中规中矩，床上用品不错，应该是新采购的一批或者布草洗涤保持的很好！但是五巾相对差点。卫生间马桶上有尿渍，这是最让我忍受不了的错误，可见酒店客房管理层查房有没有关注细节……公共区域很舒服，就是电梯前室灯光偏暗，看到来往入住的客人岁数都偏大，希望可以根据客源类型相对进行调节。早餐厅饭菜可口，干净卫生，服务员有礼貌，会看到快没有的菜品，会及时补充，再接再励！会议室还看得过去眼。退房时查房快，退房速度慢，可能因人员少，希望酒店日后能够侧重前台服务和房间卫生方面的管理！作为临近中央大街的老酒店，可以旧但更需要提现温馨舒心的一面！加油！
