这次有机会出差期间在友谊宫宾馆住宿2天，硬件，地段都不错，性价比也高。但是个別服务员主要是前台个别服务员对顾客不热情，主动，客人有问题提出时，前台服务员爱理不理，不热情解答，给客人感到这与该宾馆不相称，望今后有所改进。另外友谊宫宾馆一楼出租给别人在摆摊买所谓鄂尔多斯羊毛衫，我化1500元买了三件羊毛衫，到上海后请内行人看了，根本不是纯鄂尔多斯羊毛衫，是混纺的，我上当了，这主要原因是怪自己，但是友谊宫宾馆内设摊买的也是我减少警惕性的一个重要原因。希望宾馆领导严格把关，以防更多客人上当。

这是我第一次在酒店房间发现有空气净化器的，真的很棒！虽然是老宾馆，但各项设施服务绝对不老。还有各种现金券的惊喜哦！友谊宫的副食产品是我家领导的最爱，这次我又买了一些！
