订的商务房318元.没见过这么差的三星酒店，与艺龙的图片完全不符，商务房没有沙发茶几写字台行李架衣柜，只是在墙上镶嵌了一条板子，厕所臭，大部分房间的换气扇是坏的，灯也是坏的，现修，插座少，早餐还行，就是2天换了2个餐厅，第一天5层，第二天3层，也没提前通知，这是我这么多年以来，在艺龙上订的最次的一个酒店，还不如经济酒店，希望艺龙对合作的酒店图片好好调查，是否与实际相符。

在艺龙定的商务房，不知道是网上预订受歧视，还是酒店本身都这样，房间狭小，卫生间异味大的受不了，房间简单到就一张床，带孩子出行，给安排到最高楼层并且临路。晚上吵吵的不行，房间隔音极差，电视声说话声听得一清二楚。上下共用一个电梯，极其不方便。总之入住很失望

酒店环境很好，前台的小姑娘笑容满面，服务热情，西餐厅环境服务态度很不错，味道超级好，还赠送两张咖啡卷，赶上新开业首单六折优惠，很开心。值得推荐
