夏天的时候住了几天，但这次入住感觉变化很大，服务上，前台帮我调房的时候很耐心，还翻阅系统帮我查找上次住的是哪个房。住下了后，房间网络故障，联系前台，很快就有师傅来给解决了，由于住的房间是楼道最外厕，暖气不是很热，感觉很冷。晚上联系客房部希望能给送个空调遥控器来，（其实这本就应该配置客房，不过办理入住时候确实有听说空调都被收入库了，冬天不让用），客房那也说没有，被收到库了，但态度很好，说要不帮我加个毛毯吧？我说这个房间靠近楼梯走道，暖气不怎么热，确实很冷，能不能帮助我想想办法，服务员说去几个办公室看看，很快就送来了。这个酒店说是按四星打造，但整体与配套设施不够4星标准，如果标间空间在大点够得上豪三，可这次入住的服务，够得上豪4??。所以给的全满分，还第一次写这么多网评。希望越办越好！
