哈尔滨旺季预订的这个酒店，心情很忐忑，到了酒店发现一颗心可以落地了，酒店环境不错，房间稍微小一些，但也够用，很干净，而且携程非常给力，标准B只有一间，另一间免费升级标准A，从预订酒店的角度我觉得携程非常好，开始通过艺龙预订凯莱酒店，当时预订上，第二天通知没有房间，携程是有就是有，没有就是没有，不会耽误事。再说说酒店，服务很好，服务员很亲切，虽然哈尔滨很多景点有很多服务问题，但那些不愉快在酒店就都给化解了，自助餐也不错，尤其是自助餐厅的貌似经理的人物吧，言谈举止很有大五星级酒店的风范，感觉很舒服，一次成功的预订。

位置很好，交通方便，门口就是公交站点。周边吃饭地有不少。就是房间不大，价格有点高。

交通很方便，出了高速就到酒店，机场到酒店半个小时左右，定的是商务标间，房间够在，服务也不错，下次来了还会考虑。

觉得不错就再住了一晚，回来后发现酒店送了水果、第一天没喝的矿泉水还在那、第二天的也拿来了，以前住过的，除非喝了再送，没喝不会主动送来！总体不错！要说不好的，就是浴室的水热的慢些！

陈设有的旧了，卫生挺干净的。位置离冰雪大世界很近，离中央大街，火车站都不远，交通方便，总体不错！

酒店位置方便，但是设施相对于四星酒店来说有些旧了。服务态度很好，当天入住已经深夜了，但是房间一直保留。酒店的早餐还不错，孩子吃的很开心。
