史上最差酒店，服务态度差，订了6间标间，竟然全部不在一个楼层，我是提前三天就订了，你们的安排真的垃圾，而且很死板，订了标间，想灵活更换一个大床房都不行，更何况标间还比大床房贵，你就不能协调一下吗？艺龙打了两次电话，我也打了两次，就是不行，非要说财物说这样就只能这样，第二天退房，像催命鬼一样催，打扫卫生的大妈赶着下班吗？连连抱怨，这样的服务态度迟早要关门。
