非常好。设施新，人性化；卫浴洁具都很好，但下水道不通畅，自己通了一下，有点恶心；床舒服，安静。前台服务专业但不热情，也算是东北的通病。位置很方便。

微信预定到店后给我安排入住我进屋一看号称四十平米的房间卫生间占一半 卧室一张床占了房间一半 浴室地漏存水不漏水 烧水壶属于农家乐那种档次的 我就去前台要求退房 后来给我换了一间 好点 但是马桶也不能用 床上还有之前的长头发没清理 总结为住过的最次号称五星酒店

酒店位置超级好，出门就是中央大街，到防洪碑步行6分钟。到网红俄式餐厅，网红马迭尔，都近在咫尺。离大教堂稍选点（大教堂在维修中，说要到明年夏天才能开放）不过外观也很美啊。
酒店服务特别好。在遭遇了几个比较坑的出租车司机后，还是酒店总台的服务把冰城的印象扭转过来。我们到的晚，订的房间没有浴缸，总台马上给我们做了升级。特别好，觉得之前看了评价，连订三晚是值得的。除夕夜也会在这里渡过哦(´-ω-`)
