我能说这家酒店真的很赞么。我们定的榻榻米，被告知无房了，直接给我们免费升级到江景大床房了，房间卫生不错，设施都蛮干净，干湿分离的设计不错。要说下电视，升降的，很方便，不碍地方。房间外面就是松花江，满满的白雪世界，满足了南方人看雪的心情啊！哈哈哈哈哈，酒店服务员也很nice，反正下次去哈尔滨还会选择这里的。

下火车正赶上下大雨，从火车站打车过去很近，巴洛克风情街很有文艺气息，不太好找，酒店以中式风为主，古色古香，店家很热情，还送了糖果、松子、蓝莓小零食，天气降温比较冷空调相当管用，屋内还有加湿器，太贴心了，浴室相当大，干湿分离不会觉得很潮，吹风机都是松下的，跟我在家里的一样，喜欢，下次还会预定

这家店太棒了，超乎想象，高档的装修，任何区域都是精心有设计的，果断办了会员卡，只要来哈尔滨无论在哪里办事都会回到这里入住，四星级酒店，前台的服务我打分超五星，特别一提的是酒店的应该是主管，女性，高素质，高品质服务，让我们有回家的感觉，特别推荐大家来哈尔滨一定入住这里。庭院的幽静，设计的美感，超值体验。

退房时手上拿着房卡，因为行李太多可能无意间折到了房卡，客房经理在办理退房时上来就直接说这房卡不能用了，得赔50元。关键是房卡根本就是能正常使用的，只是有了一点点折印而已。你一个客房经理一开口也不解释，直接让客人赔钱是不是太没有礼貌？如此的服务标准对于一个新酒店将是灾难性的，下次去哈尔滨绝不可能再去这家酒店，绝不。
