销售部董经理非常负责，她的专业，无微不至的服务刷新了我对东北服务业整体水平不高的旧观念，虽然雪乡有不和谐的声音，但是在哈尔滨举行，绝对靠谱。没去之前，董经理就主动给我升级了房间，并且亲自去房间拍照。出行当天，孩子鞋穿的不对，需要马上买双鞋，咨询了董经理，她特别好的提出如果我们忙，可以帮我先给孩子买好鞋，于是，高铁上，收到董经理发来的鞋子的各种图片，特别尽心的帮着挑和买！办理入住时，马上过来问鞋子合适不，还一直带我们到房间！董经理让我们的哈尔滨之行，那么难忘！
我们住的521，是家庭套房，唯一的缺点就是对着连廊，而且屋内灯光特别昏暗，如果可以，提个小建议，因为这个房型的特殊性，把灯换成照度，亮度高的，应该会缓解些。酒店l历史悠久，房间设施稍旧，但卫生很好，无死角，服务人员热情周到，整体服务水平都很高！
从酒店顺风车到冰雪大世界不到20元，回程出租车少，门口有公交车到中央大街
