编号312的短头发前台跟叫陈什么婷的前台，那服务态度，我问两句话简直要把人吃了，态度极其恶劣，不知道哪里来的优越感？说是星级酒店这管理也真是有问题，前台拿客户不当回事，办事效率差，去的时候竟然还在睡觉？真的很无语

真是服了，最差的体验。宽带，WiFi根本没法用，宽带是用的铁通的，电视是铁通的盒子，所以也没法看。最让人受不了的是没有空调，半夜被冻醒啦 冻醒啦，冻醒啦。向酒店投诉，说没房换，也没接到反应房间冷。外面零下30多度，给送来个叫暖风的东西，我也是醉了，噪音那个大啊，问题是根本不管用，亮瞎了我的狗眼啊。半睡半醒的凑合了一夜，早上问同伴，他房间也是这样。如果上天让我再去选择，我再也不会住这奇葩的酒店了。
