昆仑大酒店是个老牌的四星级酒店，原本认为应该是个各方面条件较好的地方，可是入住后当天发现没有空调，经询问答复室内温度不到26度不开中央空调，因为是订了三天，准备住一晚就退订。当天晩上前台说只能联系艺龙网才能退，于是第二天联系艺龙客服后答复：酒店不同意退订。这样的做法我不太认同，因为住宿环境问题我申请退房应该同意，好果像其他客人那样大吵大闹你们就同意退房，这样的做法我做不到，而且你们也想想会对酒店的声誉造成多大影响，希望能够改进，谢谢！
