出差住到这家酒店，因距离办事的地方近，就勉强住了几天。本来预定了几间房，酒店擅自把一间又给了别人，也没有事前询问一下，服务不到位；酒店3楼是KTV，晚上有点吵；再说我住的房间厕所，由于常年没有搞干净，一股尿骚味，住了几天和酒店投诉了几次，服务员只是把地板查一查，从来没有洗过马桶，所以味道一直都有，一进屋就能闻到；酒店是台上盆，但龙头太低，出水口离盆底最多10公分，水杯接水都不方便，开水壶就更没法接了；酒店早餐太差，几乎没东西可吃，住了几天，第一天吃了，之后就自己出去吃了；这样的服务和条件，但价格却，不值。
