服务态度十分垃圾！两人入住一人忘带身份证，前台说没带需要到附近派出所登记办理临时身份证明，嘴上说凡是进入酒店的人不论是不是客人都需要身份证，但是期间出入的人包括送餐员并未拦截检查身份，而是只针对我。去了派出所被告知需要酒店人员陪同办理，否则不予办理。返回酒店被前台敷衍说这个我们处理不了，把酒店保安叫来了，保安态度极其蛮横并推卸责任，说我们凭什么和你去派出所，你办不了就不让上楼，我们不可能陪你去。并且告诉我你爱上哪投诉上哪投诉，不好使。保安全程吹胡子瞪眼睛，前台接待全程置身事外，想体验另类服务请速与该酒店联系～另：屋内烟味极大，很呛，卫生都是表面工程，味道问不出来么？第二天早上发现停在监控盲区的车还被刮了，不去恶意揣测，但安全堪忧。

在小区里的酒店，在松花江公路大桥旁边，房间很干净，早餐种类不多，但吃饱没问题，很安静，是个不错的选择。
