到了才看见酒店在装修，可惜在网上定的不能退房。酒店房间卫生太一般了，就是离中央大街近，剩下没有任何优势了。

环境还不错，就是有点不太人性化，床头没插座没灯的开关，空调不能调节，没有一次性拖鞋。但是总体的感觉看起来不错，也还好

提前近一个月预定一张大床一张小床的家庭房，同时电话与酒店确认“没问题，给您预留了房间”，到店后却说“没房间”！只剩 没窗户并且是三张床的家庭房！于是哈尔滨的第一天，我们就在暗无天日，空气也不流通的“流光溢彩”酒店住下，第二天倒是很快换了有窗户的家庭房，但是，“没有热水洗澡！”，大夏天的在外面跑一天回来竟然没有热水！想打电话问总台，电话也是坏的！真的不知道这么多好评是怎么来的！ 罢了罢了，这家酒店以后付费请我来住也不会考虑了！
