非常差劲的一次订房，在艺龙定的有窗到这里改成无窗，酒店人员说携程给他们提供就是无窗房，后来我坚持不同意无窗才给升级了有窗，前台还想让我买他个好，一直说是免费给我们升级，我觉得这个和我没关系，我定的就是有窗，出问题我可以投诉艺龙，你也可以投诉艺龙，整个酒店外观不错，房间非常老旧，都是霉味，灯光昏暗，没几个房间和楼下看到的外观简直天壤之别，服务态度差，就一点距离中央大街近
