同程一如既往，值得信赖。br但酒店真的不敢恭维，服务态度超级差，爱答不理的。房间打房务中心也没人接，设施较差。br给哈尔滨这个旅游地方丢人。给人的感觉就是“爱住不住”，真想骂人。

前台服务态度不好，都是年轻姑娘，不够耐心！
餐厅服务不是很好，餐盘清理不及时，清理速度漫不经心！
餐厅卫生比较差，在哈尔滨住过两家旅店，除了这家还有曼哈顿（四星），两家的餐盘不消毒，不干燥，全是水，有的上面还有残食和油污！
打扫房间卫生的阿姨的服务态度非常好，而且打扫非常及时！

位置非常好，离中央大街仅有50米，离江边和圣索非亚教堂走路也仅需十几分钟。特别适合老人孩子旅游居住。
