服务超级差，打电话到前台没问完就挂电话，也不知道这前台人员有什么好牛的？前台服务太烂，而且非常抵制携程的单子，好像是杀父仇人一样……这种性格都会影响下一代。不信的就亲自来住一宿吧

入住时发现床单是脏的，让更换，还被拒绝同时被骂，这是什么服务？后来吵起来才换了床单，结果上面还有血迹，被告知洗不干净就这样。
