宾馆在红军街，毗邻火车站，交通十分方便。贵宾楼是文物保护建筑，历史悠久，张学良、溥杰等曾在此下榻。房间举架高，很大气。早餐很丰富，餐厅很气派。铁板料理等很具特色。虽无电梯，但感觉很好。

理想中是很有文化风格，历史感很强的酒店。但是让后期装修和设置变成了通俗的小旅馆......设施都不错，但和它的历史相差太多，所以失望也大。午夜还有查房的，好在没做坏事，但是很不舒服。总之，如果没有对它的了解和希望，也还不错。看看原基础设计，不由感慨过了一百年，现代人的智慧.......

酒店的整体环境还可以，酒店新装修的，房间里打扫的挺干净的，设施方面也比较齐全比较新，前台服务人员办事效率慢店，酒店位于火车正在对面，交通蛮便利的，就是周边感觉比较杂乱，酒店价格我觉得还比较合适的。

位置不错，比较有特色，很有历史的建筑。不过服务一般，大厅不能拍照，因为楼上有铁路局的局长在开会（这酒店的所有权属于哈尔滨铁路局），门童经常不在位，我不得不费力的拖着拉杆箱走1901年建成的转门。
另外我预定的是标准间（双床），但艺龙自作主张给我换成了标准间大床。

离火车站很近,但是到机场不大方便坐机场线.安排的房间靠马路,比较吵.由于是国营的(哈尔滨铁路局),前台服务比较差,态度不怎么好.
