淋浴没有热水，开到最热时才有一点温度，沐浴露和洗发露一次性的还都是用过的半瓶的，服务员开的靠电梯第一间让他开中间的她说没有，到房间后给总台打电话问有中间的房间吗就有了，这才给换，真是的一点都不诚实呢。

我这个人住宾馆一般不怎么挑，但是这个宾馆我真的很无语，我早上6点20退房前台服务员睡眼朦胧，我来给他们叫起来，没有保洁阿姨查房，我就得等着，发票打不出来，我也的等着，弄到6点45才弄完，我这都已经退房4天了，还没有确认我入住，你开什么玩笑，网上预定教担保，好，我教，你到现在还不确认我住没住，担保也不给退，服务服务真心差，不管你们平台和店家怎么协商的，给作为顾客的我造成了很大不便，牵扯精力，还得我自己找平台申请啊，用不用我自己找店家核实啊
