酒店的地理位置很好，周边交通便利；北方的冬天晚上无热风，半夜被冻醒了早餐品种少，房间地面有大片明显污渍，卫生间排水不通畅，排风扇运行仍然有异味，服务员未经客人同意私自闯入房间，提出异议和不满后未给予道歉和解释，退房开发票等候时间过长。四星级酒店的躯壳，三星级设施的骨骼，二星级的舒适度，一星级的服务，似乎住在了一间没灵魂的冰冷房间……
