前台太过分了，我在这住了十天，之前问了说下午两点退房，我下楼在前台等了一会他接电话给别人开房，然后给我退房的时候就两点零8分了，这前台先说十二点退房，然后我问不是两点吗，结果他说超了8分钟加收了我半天房费 太黑了！
