出乎意料的好！首先服务好，进门帮着开门，热情地招呼我们办入住。其次房间特大，干净整洁，有40多平。第三免费赠饮是依云，五星级酒店未必会有，睡前有赠送酸奶和红酒。第四房内兼具淋浴房和浴缸。第五每住一晚就送一人免费Spa，缓解旅途疲劳。第六房费合理，性价比超高！今后有机来哈尔滨，一定还会选择塞纳安邸SPA度假酒店的，推荐朋友们来入住！

新开的酒店非常棒，房间比五星级酒店还大，最重要的是前台的帅哥美女服务态度好，很耐心，帮忙调整了房间，还赠送了一份儿童餐，下次来哈尔滨，还会入住，很棒的体验，开心😊

新开的，开着窗户味道还不大，房间很大，各种设施都很新，早饭，我们吃的都是西餐，非常丰富，女生一人吃不完，实惠！前台服务员，态度极差，爱住不住
