哈尔滨最好的宾馆之一，旅游旺季自然价格也高。酒店设施还算不错，就是配套设施不能以度假来衡量。首先，地理位置周边没有特别方便的吃饭或者购物的地方。出行全靠打车，晚上哈尔滨打车非常不容易，一听香格里拉2KM的开价就是40.

位置好交通方便.服务生服务很到位！只是本来定含早餐的房，携程只能订没有早餐的房，让人很不爽，多花了三百多元早餐费。携程要在为客户争取实惠上下功夫生意要做长久.

位置好交通方便.服务生服务很到位！只是本来定含早餐的房，携程只能订没有早餐的房，让人很不爽，多花了三百多元早餐费。携程要在为客户争取实惠上下功夫生意要做长久.
最近一个时期以来感觉携程比前两年有退步。包括飞机票，选择的零碎太多。不小心就被陷阱。

哈尔滨的老五星级酒店了，感觉酒店设施和服务都挺好的，定的豪华江景房，正好可以看见松花江和松花江大桥，感觉特别棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，下次有机会去哈尔滨，应该还会选择香格里拉大酒店。

哈尔滨最早和最好的酒店，背靠松花江，地理位置绝佳；世界一流的集团管理，工作人员态度谦恭，服务意识很强；咖啡厅的自助餐品种繁多，品质上乘，绝对能满足所有人的胃口。总之，哈尔滨香格里拉大饭店是哈尔滨酒店业的翘楚。

安排的楼层不是很好，房门隔音较差，外面一点动静里面听的一清二楚的。其它的没什么好说的，香格里拉的酒店还是放心的。希望下次能安排好一点的楼层，最好江景的。毕竟已经是翡翠会员了。
