早餐间隙来点评。好的方面：喜来登在哈尔滨的第一家也是唯一一家。牌子摆在哪。不好的方面：和牌子相比，内涵远没有达到。11点办好了入住，前台说房间需要打扫，去吃饭，回来将近13:00，房间还没弄好。小孩要睡觉，前台说可先请人铺床，上楼后发现房间一片狼籍，没有立足之地，也不见服务员身影。愤而投诉。前台副理来了，把责任都推到别人身上，说不该给脏房.....带我们去旁边房间等打扫，那个房间地毯都是污渍，镜子裂开。真是无奈到极点。要求升级房间到行政楼层。但是没有儿童主题了。此后的不满：房间冰箱居然锁住了，送来的橙子里面是黑的，早餐按惯例等服务员上现磨咖啡，问了以后被告知餐厅咖啡机坏了，只有煮的咖啡....总结：酒店整个服务水平有待提高。五星的意识和观念远没有深入人心。
