这是我住过最惨的喜来登 没有之一 噪音太多 洗手间的门 duangduangduang 一关吓一跳😅 空调哄哄哄 外边嗡嗡嗡 房门也是吱嘎吱嘎的😒😒 打扫也不是很到位 浴盆里还有长头发😞

住的方面真的可以，床也比较舒适，服务也挺到位的，退房也很迅速，无需等待！但是，要强调的是早餐太次了，住了这么多酒店，这家酒店的早餐是最次的，168我不知道从哪里来的餐标！！！！！订房的小伙伴可以别选带餐的价格了！

孩子特别喜欢房间的装修风格，适合全家人一起入住，早餐吃的很好，泳池的温度和深度也很适合大人和小孩，下次还会选择入住这个酒店。

主题没订上，但是孩子还是很喜欢的，房间够大，有赠送小礼物，虽然东西很小但感觉温馨，就是卡片留言的字体需要加强，地毯不是很干净。房卡只能到专属电梯，所以很安静，隔音效果很好，没有在宾馆吃早餐就不知道早餐什么样，押金退回需要结账后24小时比较慢。

带孩子到永泰城玩，所以特意选了一家最近的酒店。中午12点左右进店，没有等，直接办理了入住。要特别感谢2月23日中午前台值班的漂亮妹妹（忘记她名字了）给我们做了房间升级，升到了行政楼层，享受行政礼遇。看到我们带孩子入住，还马上通知楼层服务员把儿童洗漱套装送到房间，并热情地告诉我们这个时间段可以到行政酒廊拿些小食回房间给孩子吃。这样的服务人员让人感觉到很温暖。之前入住的哈尔滨其他五星级酒店，虽然硬件都还可以，但服务都有待提高，这次入住的喜来登酒店终于让我觉得眼前一亮。此外，酒店房间很干净，餐饮味道也不错，happy hour 的东西样式虽然不多，但很精致。晚上体验了泳池，温度很好，水质也不错。床品舒适，睡得很香。
