设施很好，应该是新装修的。工作人员也很热情。房间温度很高很高。当时定了两个，搞不清楚哪个是哪个了，有一个是房卡不行，另外一个是房间里有味道

设施很好，应该是新装修的。工作人员也很热情。房间温度很高很高。但是房卡真的是烦的不行，住了两天，房卡就一直都不能用，说是给修，到走也没修好。虽然工作人员很热情，但是心情很不好。出去玩一天累的不行，到了房门口打不开门，还得下去找工作人员拿万能卡来开，真的。。。

酒店真的不错，绝对称得上精品，房间够大，服务够好，走路离索菲亚教堂和中央大街都很近，早餐品种丰富。交通便利。

服务人员态度还好，新装修 所以环境还不错，虽然门有坏掉 水盆下水慢。但是1、一边朝马路，换一边房间 结果边上通宵装修 很吵。2、想要多加床被子和枕头 不能加。3、房间里植物快死了。4、早餐卡先下到一楼前台拿好 再跑到5楼吃饭。5、8点半去吃早餐 很多冷了。6、最后一天估计太忙 房间没有整理，后来请她们整理后 发现整理地很潦草 毛巾等没换。7、房间电话不能打市区电话。8、水盆太浅 洗脸都溅出来。
