下午三点多去的 房间还没整理好 等了半天 不过床单被都是新的干净的 这个亲眼看见了 设施比较旧 衣架一拎竟然碎了吓死宝宝了 烧水壶的盖也是坏的 服务可以 窗户关不上 很快就给解决了 热水晚上很热 早上起来就是凉的了 位置很好 到冰雪大世界打车十几块钱 中央大街 几站公交就到了

酒店服务极其差，定两间房，开始安排在不同的楼层，后来好说歹说换到了同一层没有电视的两间房。本以为客户让步了总可以吧。结果住进房间后发现旁边有个空调机房，噪音大的无法入睡，要求换其中一间到噪音小点的。和前台客服沟通，得到的回复是:“说也没有用，没有房间了”。投诉到艺龙后，艺龙给我的回复是:“可以换，有两个房间，一个512，一个409。”2个小时后依然没有任何宾馆的客服来给我房卡换，打了7次艺龙客服电话也没有结果。对这间酒店和艺龙都极其失望。。。。

手机信号特别差 wifi也一点信号没有，问前台告诉我说是因为没窗户所以没信号，这也是理由？好在后来免费给换了一个内窗的房间！
