四个枕头都很高，一夜根本没法睡，把脖子扭了，这个价格的酒店居然是电热水器，刚洗了个头就没热水了，无语～

携程预付的，定了三天，意见如下：1.当天到店，先收取押金800，说是酒店规定，已付过房钱，预订时酒店方未讲明，不合理。2.定的标间，但房间面积小，算不上真正的标间。3.卫生间内洗浴干湿不分，无淋浴房。4.卫生间内地漏堵，本人自己搞通的。5.配的是电热水器，两个人洗不够，中间得等30分钟。网站标注的是三星酒店，感觉不够三星档次。6.退房时因仅晚了一分钟，被老板扣了20元，想钱想疯了，感觉是先君子后小人的做派，服务一般。

房间暖气充足，服务挺好，会每天给拖鞋，有小冰箱，热水是电热水器，女士洗头会比较紧张。还有房间太小了！
