位置给五星是因为去冰雪大世界玩，步行10多分钟就能到，免受打车之扰。冰城打车公认的难又乱。设施很全，但没有刮胡刀始料未及，还好时间不长，才没成美髯公。早餐满意得很，推荐。服务好，态度佳。总体感觉棒棒的，除了小贵

很棒的酒店，距离冰雪大世界步行十分钟即到，入住的别墅房，欧式装修风格大气，服务态度好，但是没有摆渡车，去吃饭好远，早餐不错，东北大概天气冷的原因吧，饭菜容易凉，去哈尔滨玩还是推荐这里，下次还会去，酒店有专门的司机车队，司机态度和服务一流，去过雪乡和长白山，东北也就哈尔滨能去了，不错的城市

酒店设施一流，就前往冰雪大世界游玩来说位置极佳，房间气派宽敞大气。但配套服务欠佳，各方面细节注重不够，专业性不足，早餐品种少顶多四星级酒店水准，炒菜几乎都是凉的让人震惊！
