酒店环境非常好，卫生很干净，晚上也很安静，服务很周到，打扫的阿姨在走廊遇见都会问好！客服小涛小倩特别热情，遇到了都帮忙拿行李，必须给五星好评，全家都满意，下次来哈尔滨还住这里

这个酒店服务超级好好，我说我需要用一下电脑，我的手机安卓的，可是大堂的苹果电脑不能用，前台姐姐竟然带我去了他们办公室用那里的电脑，太感谢了！我觉得全国没几个酒店能做到这样的服务吧！！真的不要太赞！！！房间设施也很好，枕头和床垫都是乳胶的，品质一流！

酒店很干净，大堂服务人员很热情，帮拿行李送上楼，特好！早餐也很丰富，好吃呢！不知道是不是有供暖，不用开空调就很暖和了呢。

酒店🏨 设施非常齐全，环境非常好，是高质量级别的，下了车就有人在门口接，前台刘林小姐姐服务态度特别好，还帮我拿箱子送到楼上，整体体验感很棒，服务阿姨也很热情，很开心的一次居住体验
