优点：
1）交通方便，机场大巴在附近（民航大厦）；
2）据说游泳、台球免费（没时间去）；
3）没想出来。
不足：
1）价格偏高，标间艺龙510，以前当地朋友预订是480，而且房间也不如以前大，特别是卫生间；还有以前住房内还有2瓶免费水，这次没有；
2）服务和管理不到位，住两天，结账时前台还问我是否有消费，我无法消费，小冰箱一直锁着，他说可能上次开会住的忘了开了？
3）早餐北方特色，9:00结束，8:40咖啡牛奶豆浆没了，同服务员讲，没听见一样。

1 装修不久,作为三星标准,马马虎虎还说得过去。
2 服务根本谈不上。服务员粗声大气，跟菜市场卖菜的差不多；客人提出不同意见的时候，没有解释，只有“我们饭店就这样”的回复。
3 饭菜价格合理。

传说服务行业的态度从南往北依次恶化，一点不假。在哈尔滨天鹅饭店的前台就领教了。跟一个叫李X的小生说了多次我是通过艺龙预订的，还tm把我走了非艺龙途径，搞的我后来又整理行李去换房间，还死不肯认错，一个女主管也是有说没说说两句，一句道歉的话就没有，真是太差了。房间倒还可以。对面的天马什么饭店的参观态度就非常好。唉。天鹅饭店真是玷污了天鹅这个纯洁的名声！
