酒店很干净，服务员也很热情，每天可以到前台领取热牛奶，这让我们感到很暖心！由于我们很晚才到酒店，预订的房型只剩一个，有很浓的木头味道，酒店免费给我们升级了带窗的豪华标间，很不错的酒店。从来不网上评价的，必须要说两句

一次不太好的体验，近400一天的房间没有窗户，酒店里公共区域的洗衣机按墙上的说明操作，衣服放进去，洗衣粉放进去，被告知洗不了，需要去前台办理，而说明里的大字清楚的写着投币洗衣，一肚子火。最后一天退房时又被告知消费了2袋茶包，20块。根本没看到哪而写了收费，下次绝不会再休
