定的两间豪华大床房，一开始给我们的两间房差别太大了（无论是面积还是室内设施）后来去换了一间，稍微好些，但远不像页面介绍说的2016新装修，不过总体能接受，尤其是周边环境不错，逛街方便。但是退房之后同事才说他的那间一直没有免费矿泉水，他打电话去服务台，直接说没有免费，2元一瓶。但是问题是我的房间是有的，同时网上页面清楚写着免费供应矿泉水的！免费矿泉水一般快捷酒店都提供，然而天植三星酒店竟然……退房时的礼物我也忘记要了，前台丝毫没有提醒。
